Another "food blog" from the Clark/Sweet clan. Tin foil dinners on the barbecue grill are superb! We each made our own, and they were masterpieces! Fresth pineapple slices sprinkled with brown sugar then grilled are to die for!! (In this first photo you also get a great glimpse of the "Bell thumbs!") Anyway, a great time was had by all.

They're good in an oven, too, but probably better on a grill. Since we don't have an oven right now we should use the grill. Good idea.
